We can order the cups from a website: discountfavors.com. Honestly this sounds like the best deal. The screen fee is $39.00 and the shipping will be $14.99; added to the subtotal of $98.00 this brings the grand total to $151.99 which is a very reasonable price for the 200 16oz. guys we are getting. Other places do not offer this low of a price not to mention how easy they make cost projections for you.
For 250 cups it would be about ten dollars more which isn’t bad either so lets get the issue of whether or not we are going to include these into the price of the ticket, sell them at the door for a donation to the cause, or make drink specials with the purchase of these things. I think that these would sell and if we were to charge about $1.50 for them we would be making double profit on each cup ($.75 a piece to make, $.75 profit). Or even if we did 250 ($.64 to make with a sale price of $1.50 we would make a $.86 profit on each cup-total $215.00 in profit if all 250 are sold.
Just food for thought, it’s not much profit but we wouldn’t be losing either… sleep on it
